1. Introduction:
Are you interested in electrical installation in pharmaceutical field? Expleo has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team and lead the Electrical team. As a consultant, you will participate to a project assigned in Brabant Wallon, Belgium. Join us in driving innovation and ensuring the safety and reliability of our products and projects.
2. The role:
You will perform electrical analysis on site in compliance to the safety regulations. Additionally, you will organize and plan Electrical installation plan and cooperate with the colleagues in the team. Your responsibilities will include:
3. Master relevant rules and standards.
4. Examine electrical installation drawings and diagrams created by the design office. Based on site analysis, propose enhancements to the installation plans.
5. Develop the methodology for executing the work, in collaboration with the Design Office and/or the Project Manager, if necessary.
6. Organize and schedule the team's tasks and manage material resources.
7. Ensure compliance to safety regulations (pre-start meetings, LMRA, work permits, .
8. Oversee the commissioning and quality control of installations.
9. Requirements:

10. Ideally 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering field.
11. Essential knowledge includes reading electrical drawings, Excel skills, the ability to pass on know-how to teams, and identifying both potential partners and necessary resources to carry out the work.
12. Necessary skills include high levels of rigor, motivation, professionalism, ability to meet deadlines, teamwork, and openness to communication.
13. Proficiency in safety standards and instructions.
14. Strong electrical skills, particularly for work in the pharmaceutical sector.
15. Management capabilities.
16. Responsiveness and the ability to anticipate.
17. Strong interpersonal skills.
18. Proficiency in French is required, and knowledge of English is a plus.
