We are seeking a Medior–Senior Cyber Security Specialist (7–10 years of experience) to join our cybersecurity team of four professionals.
This role operates within an ISO 27001-certified environment and combines strong technical execution with structured reporting and stakeholder communication responsibilities.The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-driven, and comfortable presenting and communicating security topics in a clear and structured manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical ResponsibilitiesExecute operational cybersecurity tasks and security controlsImplement and maintain security measures aligned with ISO 27001 standardsMonitor security systems and respond to incidentsConduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediationSupport risk assessments and implement mitigation measuresCollaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure and configurationsSupport internal and external auditsReporting & CommunicationPrepare structured security reports for management and stakeholdersPresent security findings, risk analyses, and improvement initiativesContribute to policy and procedure developmentEnsure documentation remains audit-ready and compliantAct as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholdersYour Profile7–10 years of experience in cybersecurity or information securityStrong technical background in infrastructure, networks, and security operationsExperience working in an ISO 27001-certified environmentStructured, analytical, and detail-orientedStrong presentation and communication skillsFluent in English and either Dutch or French
