Global Payroll Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Payroll Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing payroll for international employees. You will work closely with colleagues and have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills.
About the Role
- Process and coordinate payroll for international employees across multiple countries, including Germany, Luxembourg, UK, France, and others, ensuring quality control of calculations, holiday pay, and correct application of regulations.
- Handle operational HR tasks during colleagues' absence, such as onboarding new employees, explaining car and insurance packages, providing system trainings, and serving as the first point of contact for new hires.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager and Payroll Manager on various projects, including reviewing fringe benefits, implementing group insurance, optimizing employment contracts, and preparing clear total compensation reports for management.
- Play an active role in maintaining payroll systems and identifying process optimizations.
Your Profile
- Experience in international payroll or a background in accountancy/finance combined with a strong interest in payroll processes and salary simulations.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis, allowing you to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Ability to switch gears quickly, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment with multiple projects, where English is the main working language.
