KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:Very good knowledge of building training materialCoaching experienceProficient understanding of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices, including interactive online teaching methodsProven ability to collaborate with team members to execute a shared project plan and meet deadlinesAbility to apply high quality standardsVery good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiencesAnalysis and problem solving skillsCapability to write clear and structured documentsAbility to participate in technical meetingsKnowledge of ICT infrastructure technologies used in the Commission especially MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, Firefox or Chrome or Edge, Windows 10.Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be an asset.
