For an industrial customer, we are searching for a freelance SAP Project Manager to lead a critical internal transformation program involving the duplication and split of an existing SAP client into two separate environments. This initiative will drive significant changes across the SAP landscape and requires strong coordination of custom development, system integration, data separation, and end-to-end testing. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle from design through go-live and hypercare, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and quality. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end SAP client split program, from initiation and design through implementation and go-live Coordinate functional and technical teams across multiple SAP modules Oversee custom development activities, ensuring alignment with business and IT architecture Define and manage project governance, planning, and reporting (timeline, risks, budget, dependencies) Ensure robust testing strategy and execution (unit, integration, UAT, cutover readiness) Drive data separation and migration strategy, ensuring integrity and compliance Manage stakeholder alignment across business units, IT, and external partners Lead cutover planning and execution, ensuring minimal business disruption Ensure proper documentation, change management, and training coordination Monitor and mitigate risks related to system performance, data consistency, and operational continuity Scope of SAP Landscape (including, but not limited to): MM (Materials Management) PM (Plant Maintenance) PS (Project Systems) IM (Investment Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) Treasury & Finance modules Logistics & Supply Chain HR / HCM Profile Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager in complex transformation programs Strong experience with SAP client separation, carve-outs, or system splits (highly preferred) Solid understanding of multiple SAP modules (MM, SD, PM, PS, Finance, etc.) Experience managing custom development-heavy projects Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and lifecycle management Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and international teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills End-to-end project delivery Risk & dependency management Stakeholder engagement Structured problem-solving Strong governance and reporting discipline Ability to operate in complex, high-impact environments Additional Details SENIORITY: Senior START DATE: April DURATION: 6 Months EXTENSION: Yes CONTRACT: Freelance LOCATION: Limburg ONSITE POLICY: Flexible HOURS PER WEEK: 40 LANGUAGES: Fluent Dutch, English INTERVIEW PROCESS: 1-2 stages If you are interested, please forward your updated resume to jay.kukoyi@vividresourcing.com to be considered.
