Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of Retviews' innovative solutions. You’ll work in an agile environment alongside a multidisciplinary team, leveraging your expertise to develop and implement automated testing strategies that guarantee seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective test strategies.
2. Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for frontend and backend.
3. Leverage test automation tools to ensure thorough test coverage and robust system reliability.
4. Monitor, identify, and resolve defects across the product lifecycle.
5. Drive continuous improvement in test automation frameworks and testing processes.
6. Support production releases with thorough validation and proactive testing methodologies.
7. Mentor team members on best practices for testing and automation.

What We’re Looking For
14. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
15. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing or development, with expertise in automated testing frameworks.
16. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript and/or Java/Kotlin for test automation.
17. Basic SQL experience for data manipulation.
18. Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including API and system testing.
19. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab and Jenkins.
20. A collaborative mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.
