Overview Our client is looking for a Senior Software Solutions Engineer to join our team in Diegem for a one-year assignment. This hybrid role (50% onsite) offers the opportunity to work on impactful internal software solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing software solutions. Align development efforts with business strategies and objectives. (Co-)Design, develop, test, and deploy internal applications using modern programming languages and technologies. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and system enhancements. Monitor, maintain, and improve existing applications for performance, security, and scalability. Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver efficient solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices. Share knowledge, contribute to team development, and help refine workflows. Work closely with IT, business departments, and leadership to achieve common goals. Participate in agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Co-create technical and user documentation and provide training on internal tools.
