MHCS is a
Creative Brand Consultancy
with a 6-year track record.
I specialize
in the strategic backbone of brands: Brand Platforms, Positioning, and Consumer Research. Over the years, I have operated as a strategic partner for global names (Jaguar, Nike, Bellerose). Today, the goal is to pivot from a solo expert practice to a structured consultancy team.
I am scaling up
, and I am looking for a right-hand intern to help me structure this transition and accelerate growth.
What you will do (The Mission)
* Business Development:
I have
the credibility; now
I need
more volume. You will help structure the sales pipe, identify prospects who fit
my
high-level expertise, and manage outreach.
* Structuring the Agency:
You will help turn informal processes into a scalable machine (structuring case studies, organizing the CRM, formalizing the offer).
* Strategic Production:
You will assist me in delivering high-end strategic work for clients (Research, Benchmarking, Brand Platform definitions).
* Content & Authority:
You will help leverage
my
past success to create content that attracts new clients (showcasing expertise on LinkedIn, creating case study decks).
Who you are
* Student
in Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
* Ambitious:
You are excited by the idea of turning a successful solo practice into a real company.
* Strong Writer:
You have excellent written communication skills (English & French).
I sell
high-level strategy, so words matter.
* Autonomous:
I am not into micro-management. I set clear goals, but I trust you to manage your own time and find the best way to execute.

You will learn the concrete methodologies used for top-tier clients (like Nike or Jaguar), moving beyond theory to applied brand strategy.
* Scaling Experience:
You will see firsthand how to take a service business to the next level (transitioning from Freelance to Agency).

Practical Information:
* Location:
Forest, Brussels. + hybrid work friendly
* Duration:
3 to 6 months (Flexible start date) - Unpaid for the 3 first months
