At Speech Processing Solutions, we create voice productivity solutions that help professionals work smarter and more efficiently. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving our commercial growth in France and the Benelux region by winning new business, building strong long-term customer relationships, and representing our solutions with confidence in a dynamic, international environment.
What your day will look like
* Support commercial growth by acquiring new clients and by establishing long-term commercial partnerships with key prospects in our France and Benelux Region
* Improve our offering by continuously adapting the value proposition to the market
* Lead the sales process from lead qualification to close including onboarding phase and upselling with the goal to achieve high customer satisfaction
* Successfully convert the leads from our 3rd party lead generation experts and marketing and work actively on additional lead generation
* Lead the RFP / RFQs from a commercial perspective together with our technical teams, including solution demos and setting up of a POC
* Gather valuable insights into market development trends and provide feedback to key stakeholders at SPS for the continuous steering of our product portfolio and to maintain a dominant market position
* Act as a sparring partner and closely collaborate cross-functionally with e.g., Marketing, Technical Support, Product Development, etc.
What you bring
* 5+ years of professional sales experience in B2B software sales (quota carrying role), experience in legal tech is a plus
* A customer-first mindset and relationship building to ensure long-term success of our recurring revenue business
* Excellent presentation as well as verbal and written communication skills, strong organization and negotiating skills (including contractual topics)
* A strong command of both French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
* Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred) as well as knowledge of other outreach tools
* A strong work ethic, an ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a result- and goal-driven, winning attitude
* A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach
* Your excellent grasp of French and English (Dutch is a plus).
