Your role: link between process and practice
As a Business & Implementation Analyst, you will work on internal digitization and improvement projects. You support the IT manager and gradually get your own responsibilities. You translate the operation of the store, warehouse or back office into digital solutions, and also actively help roll them out.
Your role is hybrid: part business analyst, part implementer. Starting from theory, ending with practice. You learn by doing.
What will you do?
Supporting the analysis of processes and digital improvement opportunities;
Documenting needs, logic, workflows and user needs;
Participate in testing, follow-up and commissioning of solutions;
Building simple dashboards and reports (Power BI, Excel);
Learning tools such as Power Automate, Python scripts, Zapier, etc;
Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues with questions about new and existing tools;
Guiding users during commissioning (training, testing, follow-up)..
Requirements
About you
You have an education or experience in business, IT, analysis or process thinking;
You are eager to learn and have a feel for technology and logic;
You don't just want to analyze, but also execute and see results;
You communicate clearly with colleagues from all departments;
You dare to ask questions, figure things out, and like to grow in your role
