Looking to join a dynamic international company in Brussels and take on a stimulating IT role with real impact? We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide key technical support to our global teams and work closely with our US-based IT department.
* Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone
* Resolve Tier 1 technical issues independently and assist with Tier 2 support
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware deployment and system access configuration
* Perform basic system administration tasks such as user and group management in Active Directory and Entra
* Assist with patch management and maintenance for endpoints and approved applications
* Conduct account audits and access reviews
* Identify and resolve technical issues related to software applications, workstations, servers, and network systems
* Support infrastructure and platform teams during system upgrades, deployments, and maintenance windows
* Maintain clear documentation of IT procedures and troubleshooting steps
* Provide guidance and training to end users to help them become more self-sufficient with company technologies

Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles
* Hands-on experience with : Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory / Entra fundamentals
* Knowledge of Linux or macOS is considered a plus
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to follow and enforce IT processes and security guidelines
* Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with US teams)
* Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Offer
* Salary: between €3,500 and €4,000 gross/month, depending on experience

* Contract: interim contract between 3 and 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI) afterwards
* Work arrangement: mainly home office, with 1 day per week in the office in Etterbeek (Brussels)
