As a Change Management Consultant, you will support leading organizations in the energy and transport sectors through large-scale transformation programs. You will play a key role in ensuring that business, operational, and digital changes are successfully adopted by stakeholders and embedded within the organization.
You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and people, helping clients navigate complex transformations such as digitalization, regulatory evolution, operational excellence, and the energy transition. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will design and implement change strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and sustainable impact.
What will you do?
* Define and implement change management strategies tailored to client contexts (communication, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption tracking)
* Support the rollout of digital tools, process improvements, and new ways of working within energy and transport organizations
* Conduct stakeholder analyses and actively manage stakeholder alignment across business and IT teams
* Identify resistance to change and implement concrete mitigation actions
* Monitor adoption and impact through KPIs, feedback loops, and continuous improvement actions
* Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure a consistent transformation approach
* Contribute to building change management capabilities within client organizations
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Change Manager (minimum 3 years experience)
* Experience in the energy and/or transport sector (supplier, operator, public services, or consulting environment)
* Strong experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to align business and IT stakeholders in complex environments
* Demonstrated experience in defining and executing change action plans (communication, training, engagement, adoption tracking)
* Solid knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, Lewin)
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills to support adoption and engagement
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a strong command of English
* Curious, proactive, and passionate about the evolution of the energy market and digital transformation.
