Moonshot Partners is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer in Madrid, Spain. You will own end-to-end enterprise implementations—designing, building, and deploying AI Agents across voice, chat, and messaging. This strategic role spans solution architecture, MCP server development, generative AI workflows, serverless deployment, data pipelines, and client leadership. Success can evolve into broader technical leadership as we scale internationally.
How You'll Contribute
* Own end-to-end solution delivery: discovery, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization for enterprise customers
* Design and develop custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely connect AI Agents with external tools, APIs, and datasets
* Build advanced conversational AI assistants and AI-powered workflows tailored to client needs
* Deploy and operate AI services using serverless architectures; establish basic DevOps processes for reliability and scalability
* Design and maintain robust data transformation pipelines and knowledge bases for AI agents
* Apply advanced prompting and generative AI techniques to improve conversational quality and business outcomes
* Lead technical engagements with customers during onboarding, integration, and continuous improvement as a trusted advisor
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and act as the technical reference point for key implementations
* Contribute to best practices, documentation, and playbooks; mentor future hires as the team grows
What Makes You a Great Fit
* 5+ years in AI solution delivery, software engineering, technical consulting, or related roles
* Proven experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments
* Expert-level Python for data processing, analysis, and production-grade development
* Hands-on experience with serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions) and basic DevOps practices
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective technical implementations
* Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Native Spanish and excellent English proficiency
* Location: Spain – Madrid (due to client density, partners, and ecosystem access)
* Nice to have: Docker and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), depth in a major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), mentorship experience, Italian proficiency
