Robert Half Talent Solutions is looking for a Contract Manager for one of its clients active in the infrastructure and industrial solutions sector.In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project teams by ensuring the security and clarity of their contractual commitments. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations and execute projects with confidence and transparency.Location: This position is based in Aartselaar or Braine-l’Alleud, with regular travel to project sites to ensure on-site follow-up and coordination.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and monitor contractual obligations across various projects, working closely with project managers.Act as the liaison between the business units and the central Contract Management department.Engage from the tender phase all the way through project execution and closure.Assist teams in understanding and applying contractual clauses, SLAs, and amendments.Support the tender team in assessing contractual risks related to planning, technical, and financial aspects, and prepare materials for risk selection committees.Advise project managers on contractual management with clients, consortiums, subcontractors, and suppliers.Coordinate negotiations and compile claim files in collaboration with the legal department.Identify, prioritize, and track contractual risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation or commercial optimization strategies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and contractual tracking tools.Your Profile:Education: Master’s degree in Law, Engineering or Business Management.Experience: Minimum 5 years in contract management or project management within industrial or infrastructure environments.Public procurement: A good understanding of public procurement legislation is a plus.Languages: Fluent or Dutch native, with a strong command of the other + English.What’s in It for You?Join one of the world's leaders in Energy and Infrastructure projectsA competitive salary + extended benefits (including a company car and Exclusive discounts through Benefits@Work)Training and development opportunities to grow your career.RTT leave and remote work options.
