* Assist with bookkeeping under Luxembourg GAAP.
* Support the annual statutory reporting process and audits.
* Help prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
* Prepare budgets and assist with quarterly forecasts.
* Coordinate with finance teams in London and the fund administration team.
* Process invoices, payments, and GPS calculations.
* Assist with liquidity modeling, cash reconciliations, and VAT analysis.
* Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations.
* Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.
* 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with SPV's is a bit plus.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Fluent in English with a good command of French.
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills are an advantage.
