We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to temporarily replace a colleague on maternity leave for a period of 6 months.
You will take ownership of the digital customer portal (the “Customer Zone”) and work closely within our team alongside another DPM and Digital Product Designers (UX/UI). For your product, you will have regular interactions with business stakeholders and collaborate with Product Owners responsible for delivery.
In addition to day-to-day DPM responsibilities, you are expected to actively contribute to the professionalization of our digital product management capability, specifically around the use of ContentSquare and Confluence.
While the Product Owner leads the implementation, you will:
Prepare the definition and development of new features
The new Customer Zone will be powered by a data decoupling layer to ensure improved availability and data quality. Help refine requirements
Contribute to enriching the data model
Perform initial analyses on:
Setup and structuring of Confluence for daily team usage and collaboration with business and delivery teams:

Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with full ownership of a digital channel or portal
Data & Analytics : hands-on experience
Strong affinity with UX/UI and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Digital Product Designers, and delivery teams
Excellent Dutch, with solid knowledge of French and English
Experience in insurance or financial services (FinServ)
