What will you do:
Our Business Continuity & Resilience Practice provides strategic, operational and technical solutions to help organizations anticipate, manage and recover effectively from disruptions. We support clients in building strong frameworks to enhance Operational Resilience and major incident preparedness.
* Assist clients in designing, implementing and improving Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management (CR) programs aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301).
* Provide guidance on resilience governance, roles and responsibilities, and the design and execution of testing and exercises.
* Assess and enhance resilience strategies, including crisis management and incident response plans.
* Support clients in defining their high‐risk scenarios and determining how to respond effectively.
* Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses (BIA) and business continuity planning to strengthen organizational preparedness.
* Advise on regulatory requirements (e.g., CER) and best practices related to business continuity and crisis management, in close collaboration with experts from Digital Risk Management.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams—including risk management, digital risk management, compliance and operations—to integrate resilience into broader risk frameworks.
* Support clients in achieving or maintaining ISO 22301 certification and enhancing their business continuity maturity.
* Shape how AI is embedded into your projects; take ownership of data governance and ensure AI initiatives align with business goals and comply with organizational standards.
What do you need:
* A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Continuity, Risk Management, IT, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
* 4 to 7 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, crisis management or disaster recovery, either in‐house or as a consultant.
* Strong knowledge of business continuity frameworks, methodologies and best practices (CBCI and/or ISO 22301 certification is a plus).
* Familiarity with European and Belgian regulatory requirements related to resilience, such as DORA, NIS2 and the CER Directive.
* Experience performing business impact analyses (BIA), risk assessments and business continuity planning.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a practical, hands‐on approach to resilience challenges.
* Excellent communication skills in English and strong proficiency in either Dutch or French.
* A proactive, team‐oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to business growth.
