Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company supporting clients in banking, finance, and insurance throughout their transformation projects. We are currently looking for an Operational Services Improvement Officer for one of our major banking clients.
Mission Context
You will join the Digital Working department, responsible for delivering and supporting Digital Working tools and services for ±20,000 BNP Paribas users in Belgium. The team provides services such as Service Desk, Field Support, hardware delivery, printing, remote applications, and workplace services.
Your Responsibilities
* Monitor and follow up on supplier performance (reporting, KPIs, escalation, invoice validation).
* Ensure quality of delivered products and services.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
* Support stakeholders and suppliers in understanding processes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Proactively contribute to process and operational improvements.
Profile
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, data analysis).
* Preferably familiar with ServiceNow and CMDB.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Understanding of IT systems and support environments (asset management, helpdesk, field support).
Soft Skills
* Structured, analytical, and result-oriented.
* Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
* Customer-focused, proactive, and able to keep a helicopter view.
* Team player able to work under pressure.
Languages
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
