Mission.
The mission consists of enhancing Agile delivery efficiency and structuring end-to-end feature delivery within a data-driven IT environment, ensuring alignment between teams, stakeholders, and strategic objectives.
The role focuses on coaching Agile teams, improving delivery predictability, and orchestrating cross-team collaboration, particularly in complex environments involving multiple squads and data flows.
Beyond Scrum facilitation, the objective is to strengthen coordination between squads, reduce run-and-maintain workload, and enable continuous improvement, allowing teams to focus on innovation and value creation.
The goal is to enable the organization to optimize data-driven decision-making, improve delivery performance, and ensure seamless integration of data flows within a complex and evolving IT ecosystem.

Required profile.
Required Expertise
6. Agile/Scrum coaching and team facilitation (Expert, current experience)
7. End-to-end delivery management in Agile environments (Advanced, current experience)
8. Cross-team coordination and Agile scaling (Scrum-of-Scrums) (Advanced, current experience)
9. Stakeholder management and business alignment (Advanced, current experience)
10. Workflow optimization and technical debt reduction (Advanced, current experience)
11. Data-driven environments and delivery context (Preferred)
Experience
12. At least 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT/data-driven environments
13. Proven track record in improving team autonomy and delivery predictability
14. Hands-on experience in feature delivery from planning to deployment
Agile & Technical Expertise
Mandatory
15. Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
16. Experience with Scrum-of-Scrums and scaling Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
17. Strong ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
Preferred
18. Understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes
19. Familiarity with Kanban for managing run-and-maintain activities
Education
20. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Languages
21. English – Fluent (mandatory for cross-team collaboration)
22. French or Dutch – Professional proficiency, with passive understanding of the other
