The Federal Government seeks a skilled Domain Architect to contribute to the development of a digitally progressive federal government.
About the Role
The Directorate General of Digital Transformation is looking for a talented Domain Architect who will help shape the Federal Authentication Service (FAS). The FAS and its applications are responsible for the online authentication of nearly 6 million unique users, making it a backbone of e-government.
As an IAM domain architect, you will maintain existing architecture, develop new architecture, and contribute to the definition of the desired state of the FAS. You will also participate in the network of architects and the Architecture Board.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Maintain existing architecture in the current IAM application landscape
* Develop architecture of tomorrow
* Contribute to the definition of the desired state of the FAS
* Participate in roadmap and portfolio management
* Understand business and strategic processes
* Use models and methods to map architectures
* Ensure consistency with architectural principles
* Participate in international IAM events
* Define standards and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Master's degree in IT or equivalent by experience
* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise, process, application, information, or technological architecture
* Identity and Access Management knowledge
* Togaf knowledge, familiarity with EIF or EIRA is a plus
* ArchiMate and/or Sparx knowledge
* Business, application, data, and technology systems modeling skills
* User-centric design, design sprinting, and user journeys knowledge
* Familiarity with SOA, RESTful, JavaEE, Spring, Maven/Gradle, JUnit technologies
* Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English languages
