What You'll Do
* Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud migration initiatives
* Define and execute migration roadmaps in collaboration with central cloud programs
* Coordinate local technical teams across infrastructure, platforms, and DevSecOps
* Ensure adoption of cloud best practices (FinOps, DevSecOps, SecOps)
* Manage project scope, budget, risks, and timelines
* Drive governance, compliance, and security alignment (ISO27001, NIST)
* Act as key interface between local teams, central IT, and external partners
* Lead steering committees and provide clear executive reporting
* Support organizational transformation towards cloud-first operating models
What you bring
* 8+ years in IT project management within complex enterprise environments
* Proven experience delivering cloud migration programs
* Strong understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS) and DevSecOps practices
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Solid knowledge of IT security and governance frameworks
* Ability to manage international stakeholders and distributed teams
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience in regulated environments is a strong advantage
