We are seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Engineer to support a mission-critical environment within an international and security-focused organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven analytical abilities, and a solid understanding of secure data handling within complex network infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to cybersecurity operations, including risk analysis, threat modelling, vulnerability assessment, forensic analysis, and log aggregation/correlation.
* Interpret and analyse both structured and unstructured data using modern data-visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
* Support the development, review, and maintenance of documentation required for accreditation processes and related governance frameworks.
* Assist in planning and executing assigned project tasks while ensuring alignment with established policies, programme objectives, priorities, and constraints.
* Collaborate effectively within a diverse, multinational team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
* Communicate clearly and effectively in English across speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree from a nationally recognized/certified engineering university or college, preferably a Master of Science.
* Valid security clearance at minimum NATO SECRET level.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Office suite.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in a Cyber Security environment.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, secure data handling, and protection of mission-critical information.
* Technical expertise in multi-vendor switching, routing, and security technologies; strong understanding of TCP/IP stack components and underlying technologies.
* Hands-on experience with data-visualisation solutions and data analysis.
* Familiarity with the NATO Accreditation process and related documentation (experience with NSAB preparation is an asset).
* Prior experience working in an international environment—military and/or civilian—is preferred.
* Knowledge of NATO responsibilities, organisational structure, and Communication and Information Systems Infrastructure is considered an advantage.
* Highly motivated, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
