LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Min. a bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education
SPECIFIC EXPERTISE AND TECHNOLOGIES
At least 1 year of specific expertise in Good knowledge of information systems matters
At least 1 year of specific expertise in Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes
At least 3 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
At least 3 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
At least 1 year of specific expertise in Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
At least 3 years of specific expertise in Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
At least 5 years of specific expertise in Knowledge of confluence and Jira
KNOWLEDGE AND (NON-TECHNICAL) SKILLS
Rapid self-starting capability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
Strong capacity to give high-level presentations. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.

Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation such as the European Commission, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak other EU languages will be an advantage;
