As a European market leader in veneered wood products, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the industrial market segment.
🎯 What will you do?
As Sales Manager Industry, you bring our strategy to life in Europe (North - East - South). You’ll manage key accounts, execute daily sales operations, and act as the main point of contact for industrial customers. Working closely with internal stakeholders (supply chain, product management, specification), you’ll identify added value, translate it to our offering, and turn it into long-term partnerships.

* Managing key industrial accounts & sales activities
* Driving commercial performance using CRM and analytical tools
* Contributing to a smooth supply and service chain
* Supporting complaint handling and customer satisfaction (NPS)
* Reporting sales results and market trends
* Helping us grow – sustainably and compliantly
🤝 Who are you?
You’re an experienced sales professional who thrives in a technical B2B setting. You combine strong relationship-building skills with a sharp commercial mindset.
âś… Your toolkit:
* A bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in wood veneer, panels, or similar industrial products.
* Excellent account management and negotiation skills
* Good financial insight and analytical abilities
* A flexible and agile mindset – you embrace change
* Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
* Willingness to travel internationally (Europe, NES)
