Overview We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to join a Cyber Information Security function within a leading European financial services environment. This role sits within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain and will support a major IDAM transformation programme. You will play a key role in defining, optimising, and governing business roles within an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform, ensuring access models align with compliance, security, and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements Design and optimise RBAC business roles within an IGA platform Support IAM scope definition, migration planning, and target operating model design Analyse access patterns and recommend risk-reducing improvements Define acceptance criteria and test approaches to ensure solution quality Conduct impact assessments, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and governance artefacts Support operational readiness and business adoption
Required Experience 3–5 years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in IT or Cyber environments Strong IAM knowledge: JML processes, RBAC, access provisioning, ServiceNow integrations Understanding of security protocols (SAML, OAuth) Experience onboarding applications into IAM tools Agile delivery experience Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Data analysis and governance knowledge Proficiency in MS Office; Tableau or Power BI advantageous
