This role supports the Process Automation - Energy Industries Service Team in the Benelux, where our industrial and utility customers rely on ABB's DCS and automation technologies. You bridge IT and process automation, resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site, and act as a trusted ambassador of ABB.Work model for this role: on-siteYou are primarily responsible for Executing field service activities, identifying technical issues, and providing troubleshooting remotely or on-site.
Preparing material lists for service tasks and ensuring all parts, tools, and equipment comply with ABB quality standards.
RunsWhatRunstheWorldProfile Qualifications for the RoleSkilled and passionate about working with PLC/DCS systems, industrial automation, and communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet) within the energy and chemical sectors.
Enthusiastic about problem-solving and delivering high-quality service.
Bachelor's or master's degree in automation or an equivalent technical domain.
Fluent communication in Dutch, French, and English.
