Your role
As a
Business Developer
, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of the company's
advanced electronics packaging activities
. You will act as a key interface between customers, internal technical teams, and strategic partners, contributing directly to revenue growth and long-term customer relationships.
Your key responsibilities
Business development & sales
* Identify, develop and manage new business opportunities in electronics packaging and related services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, customer orders and commercial negotiations
* Contribute to contract negotiations and contract amendments
Marketing & customer support
* Support marketing activities such as trade fairs, exhibitions and technical events (booth selection, preparation, follow-up)
* Coordinate customer visits, technical meetings and follow-up actions
* Act as a relay between customers and internal teams (engineering, production, quality)
Sales operations follow-up
* Ensure accurate follow-up of delivery notes, orders and commercial documentation
* Monitor sales pipelines and contribute to reporting and forecasting every weeks
Your profile
* Minimum
5 years of experience
in business development, preferably in
electronics, microelectronics, packaging or industrial technologies
* Fluent in
French, Dutch and English
(spoken and written)
* Strong team spirit with the ability to work closely with technical teams
* Genuine interest in
technology, innovation and high-added-value products
* Empathic, enthusiastic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
* Willing and able to
travel occasionally
(customers, partners, exhibitions)
