* Project start-up & preparation
* You initiate projects, authorize the start-up phase and fully develop the project initiation.
* You prepare the implementation accurately.
* Project execution from A to Z
* You plan the various project phases, monitor the implementation and monitor timing, budget and quality.
* You monitor progress with a keen eye for risks and close each project carefully.

* You support managers in action management.
* You will ensure the coherence of the project agenda.

* 3–5 years of experience in physical security aspects.

* Smooth with common software tools; knowledge of the Public Procurement Act is a strong asset.

* Do you have a degree in Civil Engineering, Polytechnic or Master of Engineering or Master of Industrial Engineering or equivalent through experience?
* Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager within the infrastructure (Architectural)?
* How do you proceed in the start-up phase of a physical security project? Can you explain how to set up a project initiation, which analysis elements to include in it and how to determine whether a project is ready to be authorized?
* Physical security requires both technical knowledge and a strong understanding of legislation and risks. How do you translate the Security Policy Document into a concrete project planning, and how do you simultaneously monitor the legal requirements, SLA agreements, quality controls and budgetary limits?
