Now,we are looking for a Portfolio Engineer inBelgium The SeniorProject Portfolio Engineer is part of a team responsible for theenablement and support of several projects and portfolio managementcapabilities in the pharmaceutical industry, including schedule management,resource management, financial management, portfolio management, andperformance reporting through KPI follow-up. The role reports to the PortfoliosDirector. What is the role About? - Youwill run large/multiple project’s portfolios, and teams of project managersbeing able to manage a portfolio of projects that span across variousapplications and integrations, - Developproject scheduling using tools such asMicrosoft Project. - Operateas a subject matter expert, providing training and support on systems, tools,and processes, to set up team members for success. - EnterpriseProgram Management Office (PMO) experience a plus. - Remainingcurrent with rapidly evolving internal and external policies and procedures - Innovativeand forward-thinking - Excellentoral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills - Experiencein Six Sigma/Lean methodologies is a plus - Knowledgeof financial processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceuticalindustry regulations is highly desirable - Takesinitiative and provides leadership in solving problems, improving processes Requirements Benefits Permanentcontract Safety, Prevention andWell-being are basics for us.
