La Division Services Industriels du Groupe Daher propose à ses clients avionneurs l'assemblage structurel et mécanique de sous-ensembles complexes, l'installation d'équipements et la maintenance. Elle accompagne ses clients tout au long de leur cycle de production, directement sur leurs lignes de production ou en ex-situ, assurant ainsi un soutien constant.
Job environment
Job title of the line manager: Job title of the functional manager (if any): Responsibilities: To work from a drawing, manufacturing sequence or technical data sheet to prepare the surface and apply the required coats of paint, lacquer, varnish and/or sealant to components and/or assemblies using the correct processes and in accordance with all health and safety rules and other production requirements.
Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities:
1. Read the manufacturing file
2. Check the availability of everything required to carry out your task, and bring them to the workstation
3. Before applying any paint, check the environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) against the standard conditions, and check the components to be painted (zero impact damage, scratches, burrs, etc.)
4. Prepare the surface (sanding, etc.) of the component, followed by cleaning and masking
5. Prepare the paint (quantity, color, mix, etc.) in accordance with the standard process set out in the manufacturing file, and ensure that health and safety equipment is in place within the working environment
6. Apply the products in accordance with the technical process and health and safety rules
7. Respect desolvation and drying times and temperatures in accordance with the standard set out in the manufacturing file
8. On completion of painting, check that the operations carried out comply fully with the definition and/or manufacturing file: check the surface (application, appearance, depth, etc.), and rework where necessary
9. Complete the tracking documents
10. Clean and tidy the workstation and health and safety equipment
11. Dispose of excess paint in the appropriate containers
Look after the tools provided.
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
