We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to support customers across Belgium and the wider BeNeLux region. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that cutting-edge AA, OES, ICP, and ICP/MS systems continue delivering precision and performance that drive scientific progress.

You’ll work autonomously, backed by the resources of a global organisation, providing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user training on a portfolio of industry-leading instruments.
🔬 What You’ll Do
* Install, maintain, and repair advanced analytical systems (AA, OES, ICP, ICP/MS).
* Deliver on-site user training and technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with regional service teams to optimise service delivery across BeNeLux.
* Maintain service documentation, spare parts, and calibration tools to the highest standards.
* Represent the company as a trusted expert and ambassador for quality.
🎓 What You Bring
* Technical degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific field).
* 3+ years’ experience servicing analytical instrumentation — ideally from leading manufacturers.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French preferred).
* Based in Belgium (ideally Antwerp or Brussels) and open to travel across BeNeLux.
* Full clean driving licence.
