About the role.
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Global Head of Product Marketing to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across a diverse iGaming portfolio, including Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook. This is a senior leadership role suited to an expert who combines deep product knowledge, market insight, and commercial acumen to drive global growth and differentiation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Define and lead the global product marketing strategy across all iGaming verticals, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Partner with Product, Commercial, and Brand teams to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and high-impact GTM campaigns across international markets
* Act as the subject matter expert across all product lines, with a strong understanding of player behaviour, product mechanics, and underlying technology
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product marketing team
* Design and implement a structured GTM framework to support new product launches and major updates
* Leverage product analytics, customer insights, and market data to inform strategy and drive performance
* Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and support roadmap decisions
* Ensure strong cross-functional alignment between Product, Marketing, and Operations teams globally.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
* 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, including at least 5 years in senior or global leadership roles within the iGaming industry
* Proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies across all 3 verticals Slots, Live Casino, and Sportsbook
* Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies
* Experience launching and scaling products across multiple international markets
* Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret metrics and optimise performance
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated leadership experience managing distributed, multicultural teams
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Product Management (MBA preferred).
