Recruitment Specialist: Driven by further expansion at Arcadis, the CTS business unit requires a Recruitment Specialist to join our Belgium team. The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience.
This position will particularly suit an individual who can work on their own initiative within a regulated industry, and who is energized by working within a busy team environment. Due to the company’s global expansion strategy this new position will offer the successful candidate a strong career path.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Hiring Managers across various disciplines
Service existing client accounts
Support specialist recruitment campaigns
Source suitably qualified candidates
Candidate database management
Managing the recruitment process through to interview & offer stage
Negotiating candidate contracts & finalizing onboarding arrangements
Key experience:
Recruitment background with experience in sourcing candidates for a variety of technical positions.
Knowledge and/or experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, chemical, construction or food & beverage manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
Knowledge of selection methods (e.g. competence based interview) and acquainted with recruitment channels (e.g. social media) and tools (e.g. recruitment software)
Ability to work within a team environment and have a desire to achieve agreed targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong commercial awareness.
You are fluent in English and Dutch, French is a plus
