This role is part of a global digital experience environment focused on delivering high-performance, scalable, and user-centric web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. The professional will play a key role in building and optimizing front-end components that power complex digital experiences for international brands. Working in a collaborative, agile setup, the position involves close interaction with architects, product teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. Accountabilities
* Develop and implement high-quality front-end solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end digital experiences within scope, timeline, and budget.
* Build reusable, elegant, and optimized code using AEM best practices and front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTL (Sightly).
* Participate in requirement analysis, story refinement, and technical design discussions within agile ceremonies.
* Create and maintain AEM components, including dialogs, content fragments, experience fragments, and asset management structures.
* Integrate and consume third‑party APIs to support dynamic and interactive front‑end features.
* Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of front‑end and AEM solutions.
* Contribute to unit testing and ensure adherence to secure coding practices and development standards.
* Support technical documentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of development processes and architecture.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in front‑end development with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
* Solid knowledge of AEM Sites, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and asset management.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTL (Sightly).
* Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
* Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs from third‑party services.
* Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience implementing unit tests and ensuring code quality standards.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Advanced or fluent English is required.
* Nice to have: AEM Developer certification and/or Spanish proficiency.
