Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full recruitment process (ads, CV screening, candidate/agency contact, interview scheduling, etc).
2. Coordinate and prepare all onboarding activities and documents (contracts, benefits explanations, onboarding kit, insurance, etc).
3. Act as primary contact for external lawyers in Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.
4. Manage Learning & Development processes (language classes, reports, new hire tracking, training plan, etc).
5. Manage all contract‑related documents (contracts, addendums, seniority letters, templates & translations into Dutch & English).
6. Maintain and organize employee files (cleaning, structuring, digitalizing).
7. Support with Workday reporting, deadline tracking, and employee contact information updates.
Qualifications:
8. Professional education in business administration or similar education.
9. 1 or more year's experience as Junior HR Officer or in a similar function.
10. Fluent in French and English.
11. Knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
12. Proactive, organized and autonomous. Confidentiality is also key.
