About The Role
Join our Consulting & Advisory team and help leading organisations unlock the full potential of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Change Management Consultant who thrives on shaping change, driving innovation, and making an impact where strategy meets technology.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with clients across industries to design and implement future‑ready workplaces that boost productivity and collaboration.
* Lead interactive workshops and co‑create solutions using agile and change management methods such as Scrum, Design Thinking, Change Impact Analysis, and Lean Startup.
* Guide organisations through cultural and organisational change, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and ways of working.
* Develop user‑centric strategies leveraging data analytics, automation, and cutting‑edge digital tools.
* Act as a trusted advisor – building strong relationships and delivering insights that drive real impact.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Business, IT, Psychology, or a related field.
* 7+ years of consulting experience in organisational change management.
* Certifications in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) or Agile (Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are a plus.
* Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
* A strategic mindset, curiosity for technology, and the ability to inspire teams.
* Analytical skills, professional team leadership, results orientation, and a high level of customer focus; team spirit, motivation, and enthusiasm are also important.
* Willingness to travel and work closely with clients.
