Job Location BRUSSELS INNOVATION CENTER Job Description The Selling-In Sales Representative is an integral part of the Personal Health Care Sales department at P&G Health. This department is dedicated to promoting our consumer health portfolio to pharmacies, ensuring our products are well-stocked and readily available to meet consumer needs. The Selling-In Sales Representative manages the overall commercial plan with pharmacies, focusing on sell-in activities including order-taking and distribution enhancement. This role is crucial in building strong, trust-based relationships with the pharmacists, ensuring our products are effectively distributed and available in the market. The Selling-In Sales Representative collaborates closely with the Selling-Out Advisor, who is responsible for scientific training and product visibility, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive promotion of our health solutions. The Selling-In Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting the Health Care portfolio at Procter & Gamble Health Belgium. This position is responsible for managing the commercial plan with pharmacies, focusing on sell-in activities including order-taking and enhancing product distribution. By establishing strong, trust-based relationships with the pharmacists, the Selling-In Sales Representative ensures our products are well-stocked and readily available. This role involves presenting product features and benefits, managing inventory levels, and implementing distribution strategies to maximize product availability. Collaboration with the Selling-Out Advisor is essential to ensure cohesive promotion and visibility of our health solutions. Sales Achievement: Achieve sales, volume, and share results in the assigned geographical area for all customers and brands. Enable category growth through detailed product information and visibility strategies. Monitor and analyze data using available tools and applications to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Coverage and Reporting: Deliver coverage KPIs in line with territory mapping and customer segmentation (e.g., stores covered in line with targets, visit frequency, visits per day). Ensure timely reporting in CRM for all critical activities (e.g., call reports, HCP sampling). Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen and maintain P&G’s reputation. Build superior long-term relationships with customers in every store to establish P&G as the preferred supplier. Compliance: Act in full compliance with P&G policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, particularly concerning the sales of healthcare products (OTC medicine, food supplements, medical devices, and other portfolio products). Innovation and Improvement: Proactively identify, propose, and share new ideas, approaches, and solutions to execute strategies with excellence. Solve problems and address objections effectively. Utilize courses, materials, and learning tools provided by the company Job Qualifications Education A degree (min. bachelor) in a relevant field, preferably pharmaceutical sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Biotechnologies), or Economics, Business, Marketing. Experience & Knowledge Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales to Health Care Professionals (e.g., pharmacists, physicians, nutritionists…) or a related field, preferably in the assigned territory.
