What you’ll do
You’ll fully own growth campaigns, from lead list enrichment and outreach setup to asset creation and performance tracking. You’ll also design and launch full-funnel experiments using AI tools and automation, working closely with our content, design, and project teams.
Your day-to-day might include:
* Designing and executing end-to-end outbound and inbound campaigns
* Enriching lead lists with Clay, Apollo, and segmentation logic
* Writing AI prompts and repurposing copy across formats (LinkedIn posts, emails, landing pages)
* Setting up automation workflows (Zapier, Notion, Sheets, Lemlist, etc.)
* Running and analyzing outreach sequences and campaign tests
* Tracking performance, iterating based on results, and reporting to internal stakeholders
* Documenting workflows and sharing playbooks across the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong grasp of B2B marketing and growth fundamentals
* Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Notion, Google Sheets)
* Familiarity with outbound tools like Apollo, Lemlist, or Instantly
* Ability to write clearly, test logically, and experiment methodically
* Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
