The client is constantly launching new projects and initiatives aiming to innovate, meet the expectations of clients and internal users, and prepare for the future by modernizing its IT/application landscape. With this in mind, several multidisciplinary teams are continuously working together with a cross‑functional technical team on these projects, based on an "Agile/Scrum" approach.
Which are your responsibilities?
* Oversee the implementation and administration of various application hosting platforms with support from AXA Group expert teams.
* Automate integration processes, testing, application deployment, and all available platform settings.
* Collaborate closely with Agile teams, Business and Support teams to fix incidents and problems that may occur on application platforms.
* Guarantee the robustness of the platform based on defined recommendations.
* Actively support internal and external customers as part of the Transversal Technical Team, sharing ideas and continuously improving team and company deliveries.
* Participate enthusiastically in the Cloudification journey.
What are your skills and experiences?
* Degree in computer science (bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent).
* Setup and administration of Linux systems (Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL).
* Containerization and Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform.
* Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, …).
* Basic knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
* Comfortable with containerization environments (Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, Skaffold, …) and infrastructure‑as‑code principles.
* In‑depth knowledge in at least one cloud environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud service integration.
* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python, or others.
* Experience setting up automation and deployment via CI/CD (Jenkins) and automation tools (Terraform, Puppet, …).
* Familiarity with monitoring, logging and traceability of platforms (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, …).
* Understanding of managing complex platforms.
Assets
* Experience creating and managing Cloud resources in AWS.
* Experience building and maintaining pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
* Experience managing databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL.
* Experience managing Java applications.
* Participation in Open‑Source projects.
