As an Internal Applications Engineer, your mission is to ensure the proper functioning, evolution, and long‑term sustainability of Easi’s internal applications. You will work daily on application support, change requests, and internal projects, with a clear focus on delivering added value, stability, and alignment with the company’s strategy. You will operate in a pragmatic environment, within a small team, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The role combines operational support, functional analysis, and participation in strategic projects.
* Qualify, analyze, and follow up on change requests while respecting budgets and deadlines.
* Provide daily application support for internal solutions, maintaining a balance between availability and progress on planned tasks.
* Analyze and resolve application incidents; elevate to internal or external resources when necessary.
* Gradually evaluate the added value, overall coherence, and maintainability of proposed changes.
* Use internal ticketing and tracking tools to measure and structure efforts.
* Actively participate in internal projects with departmental or company‑wide impact (e.g., implementation of new applications, integration of companies, etc.).
* With experience, take charge of a project end‑to‑end: analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, coordination, and follow‑up.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications and propose relevant optimizations.
