PpAt Televic Rail we are dedicated to providing innovative and reliable railway passenger information and communication systems. /ppbExplore your role with us /b /ppYou will join the bTelevic bid team /b, responsible for answering our international customers’ project requests with high-quality technical and commercial offers, thereby overseeing the entire process from the initial contact to signing of the contract. /ppbYour responsibilities /b /pulliLead and coach the bBelgian and North American team /b of bid managers, supported by a Backoffice position. /liliEnsure the team is motivated and enabled to timely deliver high quality proposals to our customers. /liliCoach the team to resolve challenges faced during the bids. /liliLead by example, participating more closely in bids that require particular attention. /liliBecome a trusted person externally towards our customers, and internally towards the various stakeholders in the company. /liliDrive improvement projects to further improve and optimize our global bidding process, in collaboration with the head of bid management for the DACH market. /liliEnsure bid, sales and management have a clear overview of the active opportunities so decisions over priority and strategic approach can be taken. /li /ulpbHow you can add value to our team /b /pulliYou hold a Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on software or electronics (or have equivalent experience). /liliYou can demonstrate relevant professional experience, e.g., as a bid manager, as a software or hardware engineer, or project manager within a technical industry. Experience in leading a team is a plus. /liliStrong communication skills – both written and verbal – help you engage with different teams and customers effectively. /liliYou know how to manage complexity, set priorities and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment. /liliYou are fluent in English.
