This domain focus on Online / Mobile daily banking functionalities, payments, cards, digital signature, product/services acquisition funnels and regulatory obligations in the channels. The Functional analyst will be responsible to create functional and non-functional specifications based on meaningful conversations with business stakeholders and in partnership with the product owner. The candidate will be part of the Mobile/online squads and will work jointly with other analysts, domain architects, developers and testers. From the functional analysis, the candidate will create the backlog with user stories and test scenarios.
1. Drive analysis in collaboration with relevant business stakeholders and create the feature documentation
2. Detail potential solution in collaboration with Architect and Development team
3. Design service specifications – Maintain application documentation
4. Define data model with Data Architect
5. Write functional requirements (User Stories in Jira and documentation on Confluence)
6. Create a partnership with Product Owner and other Business/Functional Analysts in the squad
7. Support Scrum Team during development and testing phase.
Required profile.
8. Degree in Business, Economics or Computer Science.
9. +5 years relevant experience as business / functional analyst
10. Dutch or French mother tongue, fluent in English High analytical and technical capabilities
11. Proven communication skills
12. Profound knowledge of methods and tools for functional specifications
13. Technical back-ground and an appetite for technology
14. Experience with UML or other modelling frameworks Knowledge of SQL
15. Team Player High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
16. Experience in working with different Vendors (located locally and/or offshore) in a multi cultural environment.
17. Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
18. Ability to breakdown workload out of UX/UI designs ( Figma ).

19. Daily banking in transactional channels (Online/Mobile)
20. Experience in Payments ( mobile payments, Instant payments, QR code based payments…)
21. Cards tokenization (Wero, Apple pay…)
22. KYC lifecycle or Onboarding processes.
23. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
24. Technical experience/environment
