The Opportunity
On behalf of one of our partners, we are recruiting four
Area Sales Managers
to accelerate B2B growth in the
Large & Very Large Enterprise
segments across Belgium.
This is a unique role: you will benefit from the
autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up
, while operating within the
stability and resources of a major international group
. You will be the commercial ambassador of your region, developing its full potential and shaping local strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Own your Area
: Define and execute the commercial plan, identify opportunities, and act as the business leader in your territory.
* Develop and grow
: Prospect and win new clients, manage large portfolios (
well above 10 GWh of Power and/or Gas per client
), and secure renewals.
* Lead by influence
: Coach and support junior colleagues, without direct reporting lines, to maximize regional performance.
* Deliver value
: Work with advanced, pre-approved products (Click %, Block + Spot). Escalate non-standard or structured requests to the
Business Developer Wholesale Origination
.
* Connect and execute
: Build credibility with senior consultants and buyers, while ensuring smooth execution with internal teams.
Profile
* Minimum 6 years in B2B sales (energy/utilities preferred).
* Hunter mindset with proven ability to win and grow large accounts.
* Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive.
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills (Excel proficiency).
* Fluent in French or Dutch; English is an asset.
