It plays a key role in sustainable mobility and aims to become a leading choice in the field.The technical department is responsible for procurement and maintenance of assets, ensuring safety, availability, reliability, and quality.RoleAs Project Manager Masterdata, you are responsible for end-to-end coordination, planning, and quality assurance of all preparatory master data activities supporting an S/4HANA migration.Responsibilities- Manage planning and quality control of master data preparation activities- Coordinate deliverables including: * Technical and functional master data * Bill of Materials (BoM) * Maintenance catalogs * Equipment and functional location structures * Related data for new S/4HANA functionalities- Act as project manager for this workstream- Track deadlines, dependencies, and progress- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure validation and approval of data- Escalate risks, delays, and data quality issues- Ensure readiness for testing and cutover activitiesProfileSoft Skills- Proactive and autonomous working style- Strong planning and prioritization skills- Strong stakeholder management- Hands-on mentality- Ability to work under pressureTechnical Skills- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French- Knowledge of maintenance processes (Asset Management / EAM)- Experience in ERP projects (SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred)- Familiarity with process modeling tools (Signavio, ARIS, BPMN)- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Ability to structure and communicate complex information clearlyLocationBrussels 1000- On-site presence required with possible flexibility depending on project needs. Work may be limited to EU locations due to regulations.Duration- Up to 220 working days- Start date: June 2026- Full-time (5 days/week)
