We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Designer, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
* Design end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business needs.
* Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical designs and architecture blueprints.
* Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and platform scalability.
* Define and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (ERP, Asset Management, Grid systems, etc.).
* Provide guidance to developers and technical teams during implementation.
* Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes using ServiceNow capabilities.
* Review solution designs and ensure quality, performance, and compliance with standards.
* Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing solution insights and recommendations.
* Maintain high‑level and detailed solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and design artifacts.
* Drive innovation by leveraging new ServiceNow features and capabilities.
* Design scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise‑wide digital transformation initiatives.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring high‑quality solution delivery aligned with business objectives.
Mandatory Skills
* Advanced/Fluent English with strong stakeholder communication skills (US‑based stakeholders).
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in ServiceNow solution design, architecture, or similar technical roles.
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
* Experience designing end‑to‑end enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, with the ability to apply them in solution design.
* Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on designing scalable and efficient solutions.
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality solutions.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage project timelines.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Desirable Skills
* Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
* Experience in the Utilities/Energy industry.
* ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Architecture certifications).
* Knowledge of cloud integrations (Azure, AWS) and APIs.
* Experience with performance analytics and reporting in ServiceNow.
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
