Responsibilities
Handle all trade finance products of import, export and interbank products in professional manner;
Prepare, perform checking and review trade finance documents;
Conduct customer enquiry and provide high-quality customer support;
Prepare daily and management reports;
Participate in various projects / system enhancement and development, such as performing UAT testing;
Support trade-related service to business units;
Provide administrative support, complete work tasks and perform others duties as assigned;
Requirements
Post-secondary education;
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;
Strong knowledge of ICC rules, e.g. UCP, ISBP, ISP, URDG and URC;
CDCS holder or commodity transaction experience is preferable;
Solid experience and knowledge on both trade document checking and trade finance transaction workflow;
Familiar with market practices and TBML requirements;
Good command of interpersonal and communication skills with good time management;
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer.
