Your responsibilities extend across various business units and throughout Belgium, making you a central figure in our recruitment campaign for young graduates. Through your efforts, you are not just filling positions; you are actively shaping the future of our company by bringing in the best and brightest minds. You manage the selection process from A to Z; from sourcing, leadmanagement and screening to conducting interviews and assessments, negotiating offers, and finalizing contract closures; You arean ambassador of our brand, championing it in the candidate experience you create and in your contacts with colleagues, the wider Deloitte community, and the talent market as a whole; You become atrusted partner of our business stakeholders, providing feedback, guidance, and advice on talent acquisition matters whilst keeping their business reality and ambitions in mind; You proactively share your best-practices and experiences and are keen to learn from your colleagues; You activelyincorporate market insights into your daily job which results in a proactive approach that allows you to always be one step ahead; You have the opportunity to initiate or participate in a variety of Talent Acquisition and HR projects which are the building stones of our ambitious, future-focused talent strategy. Let's talk about you You obtained a Master Degree or combine a similar Bachelor degree with a relevant experience; You have 2-3years of experience in Recruitment; You have a passion for people and are a great team player; You think pro-actively and demonstrate excellent organizational skills; You have theability to swiftly adapt, learn and respond to changing business and market realities, fostering a resilient and innovative approach to challenges; You have a wide range of communication skills enabling you to build up relationships and credibility at every level inside or outside our organization; You have theright drive to be a true connecting “Deloitte Ambassador”; A very good knowledge of Dutch/French and English is required.
