You will define strategy, drive rollout, and ensure adoption of a suite of AI solutions that deliver tangible operational and financial impact, requiring strong product ownership, stakeholder management, and experience with complex digital products in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions, ensuring adoption and measurable business value.
• Maximise efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across operations.
• Align and influence diverse stakeholders to secure consensus and overcome adoption barriers.
• Define product vision and roadmap, prioritising features to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in AI, aviation/MRO, or enterprise technology.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders across business units.
• Track record of executing results in high-velocity, transformation-driven environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML and their application to operational optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, engineers, and operational teams.
• Experience delivering digital products in consultancies or large organisations; intrapreneurial experience is a plus.
