Job Title: Supply Chain Transformation Training Subject Matter Expert (Supply)
This a 24-month Secondment / FTC role.

Job Purpose:
The Supply Chain Transformation Training SME role will support the development and deployment of the business and digital supply chain capabilities in scope of the programme, including the implementation of a new advanced planning system (APS), a new integrated business planning process (IBP), and new decision intelligence and analytical competencies, which will become the foundation for the new global supply chain at GSK.
The role will work collaboratively with SCT Programme People Capability Lead, project SMEs, GPOs as well as colleagues from planning teams, business and system integrators to identify training needs for supply chain roles, define the requirements for the process and training documentation based on the needs, develop and manage this documentation and deliver training to upskill the teams
The Supply Chain Transformation training SME should be a planning subject matter expert but also passionate about new technology, have an ability to engage with people and support them on their learning journey.
The role will require learning agility, flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities.
1. Partner with SCT work stream SMEs (Subject Matter Experts), GPOs (Global Process Owners), the Systems Integrator and Business Integrators (external vendor), OMP to support identification of training needs, knowledge assets and other process documentation requirements
2. Work with GSK People Capability colleagues to support analysis of which of existing process documentation and training courses can be reused/ repurposed and where new content to GSK is required e.g., OMP training content is required.
3. Working collaboratively with SMEs, GPOs, System and Business integrator to translate the process and solution design into the knowledge assets by developing documentation and training materials, standard work Instructions, etc
4. Support development of the training programmes for demand and supply planning personas
5. Publish and manage knowledge resources on the GSK knowledge platforms (Keep Growing Campus, myLearning, Veeva)
6. Deliver process, OMP solution trainings as a part of the deployment of OMP
7. Provide on job support and coaching for planning personas post go live to enable adoption of new ways of working
8. Support the Program delivery governance by generating status reports related to training (e.g. training completion reports)
9. Passion for helping people build their knowledge and skills
10. Continuously improve training approach and assets.
11. Develop own training capability to support the ongoing implementation and delver end user training for planning processes and system solution

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
14. Experience in running supply planning processes and systems
15. Practical experience in translating process and solution design into the knowledge assets
16. Experience in developing training materials, user guides and delivering training
17. Experience preparing and delivering presentations
18. Business proficiency in English language is a must

19. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain or related field
20. Problem solving abilities suitable for handling complex issues
21. Accountability mindset. Self-motivated, confident and resilient
22. Experience of working in different cultures to collaborate and build relationships
23. Digital Proficiency and Data Literacy: Experience in analysing typical supply chain data. Appreciation of key data sets leveraged by SC planning roles and solution
24. Knowledge and application of advanced planning and decision intelligence tools like Aera and OMP
25. Experience of working with the learning management systems like myLearning and Keep Growing Campus
26. Proficiency in French is a plus.
The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 0 to PLN 0 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law.
