FINANCIAL CONTROLLERKey Responsibilities:
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis in coordination with the group
* Monthly closing regarding the compliance with group policies and deadlines
* Financial reporting (Management Business Review)
* Balance sheet reviews with the CFO and Tax compliance (VAT, tax filings)
* Handle cash flow reporting, fixed assets register
* Supervise treasury operations, bank relations, cash management
* Supervise the AP/AR teams ensuring timely invoicing and payments
* Manage payroll finalization, bank reporting & annual audit processes
* Improve financial processes & internal controls
* Coach & develop the accounting team
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
The profile I'm looking for:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, or a related field
* Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, a background in a BIG4 is welcome
* Languages: French, English & Dutch
* Personal Qualities: A sense of responsibility, proactivity, and strong analytical skills
* Good technical skills
